Some ground rules.

These are set and enforced by the itsmy.social moderators.

1. Be respectful in all interactions. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats will not be tolerated.
2. No spamming, excessive self-promotion, or automated bot activity without prior approval.
3. No impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations with the intent to deceive.
4. Illegal content is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to content involving abuse, exploitation, or other criminal activities.
5. NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is allowed but must be properly marked with a Content Warning (CW).
6. No doxxing or sharing of private information without consent.
7. This instance interacts with the broader Fediverse, but some instances may be blocked if they promote harmful content or violate ethical guidelines.
8. Respect other users’ boundaries, including blocking and muting choices.
9. Direct messages (DMs) are not end-to-end encrypted, so avoid sharing sensitive information.
10. Users are responsible for securing their own accounts with strong passwords and 2FA (if supported).
11. Violations of these rules may result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
12. The admin has the final say on moderation actions and will not tolerate abuse of the system.
13. These rules may be updated as needed. Continued use of this server implies acceptance of these terms.
